A.M. Botte recently did a boiler installation in Cape May, NJ. We were proud to serve our new client, The United States Coast Guard. They were in need of a new boiler system and after careful consideration they contacted the experts at A.M. Botte. The U.S. Coast Guard informed us that their old outdated boiler which resided in a small pantry closet in their mess hall kitchen was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. After they informed us of this we got right to work, and sent out a team to remove the old boiler system. After this was done our technicians installed a brand new Combi boiler system, this new boiler system allows hot water to be endlessly used to the homeowner, or in this case The United States Coast Guard! The United States Coast Guard was satisfied to say the least, their new boiler system was installed in a timely fashion, and the whole job was completed at the agreed upon time!

A.M. Botte was contracted for an entire HVAC design build project at Independent Record Pressing in Bordentown, New Jersey. We provided a total turnkey mechanical job for our customer. The project included (8) 12.5 ton York rooftop package units. A.M. Botte performed all structural steel work for the new equipment, including roof openings and roof flashing. On the inside of the building we installed all new exposed spiral duct work with enlarged diffusers. On the outside of the building we installed a new, 200 ton, York air cold water chiller on a new 6 inch concrete housekeeping pad. We fabricated all new 6 inch welded steel pipe for the new chiller with custom pump assemblies. Our team also included all needed line voltage power to complete this project. The facilities manager Sal was very pleased with all the work performed and has since awarded A.M. Botte the maintenance agreement on for the entire building.

We were called to an emergency service (outage) call at Woodcrest Country Club, where we found that two of the main package HVAC units had failed. Due to the severity of the call, we sent our General Manager and Service Manager to make emergency repairs and keep the units running while a replacement could be designed. Our team was able to order, and build to custom specifications, two new 30 ton and 40 ton York gas electric package units. These units took approximately 16 weeks to be built, so we tasked our service department with keeping the old units running the best they could during this busy time for Woodcrest Country Club. Once the new units arrived, we executed our detailed plan for their replacement. We worked to schedule around multiple events our client had, and selected a strategic day for the work to be completed. Utilizing a 125 ton Crane, and a large group of manpower, we were able to complete this replacement in one day with no disruption to the customer.

WATCH – Emergency HVAC Replacement for Woodcrest Country Club

We recently installed a 10 ton rooftop unit in Philadelphia for Flynn Commercial Property Management. Our team got into and out of Philadelphia before the traffic rush and got this valued commercial customer up and running without downtime. Anytime we are called to do work in the city, we make sure our cranes are on-site well ahead of the morning traffic rush and out of the city before noon. This customer saw absolutely no disruption to their daily routine and our installation likely went unnoticed by their tenants.

South Jersey CML in Bellmawr, NJ is the Dunkin Donuts baking and distribution facility in South Jersey. Their location in Bellmawr is crucial to operations, as it is responsible for the on-time, on-budget of bakery supplied goods to its many member franchisees throughout South Jersey. A.M. A.M. Botte performed a total upgrade of the Waynesboro, PA Post Office HVAC systems. We removed two old rooftop units and replaced them with new York high efficient units. We replaced the old boiler system with a new Burnham boiler and power flame gas burner, offering high and low fire for energy efficiency. We upgraded all the boiler pumps with VFD drives to help with efficiency. Once all the units were replaced,  we upgraded the HVAC controls for the entire building with a modern, building automation system (BAS). This allowed us to connect all the equipment to one central front end and monitor the building operation for maximum efficiency.

The Waynesboro Post Office now has a fully modernized system that will realize annualized savings of thousands of dollars.

Abundant Life Church of God in Freehold, NJ recently added a new Christian Education wing to their church. The church contracted A.M.
